Photos from June 12 and June 13
All these photos were taken after the brutal police attacks to Istanbul Gezi Parki on June 12th. Turkish Government - mainly PM Tayyip Erdogan- could not find any reason to initiate a very violent attack. All the protests were continuing peacefully. (I am aware that different media organisations tell different stories however I have access to first hand news from four large cities plus media organisations like Economist who send their own correspondents would report same background that I do within my blog)
The government wanted to create a reason to attack these people much violently than before and they sent 5 civil police to attack other police with molotov cocktails. None of the group of protestors joined these 5 people. They 'couldn't' hit the police with those neither the armed Turkish police who already beat 7000 innocent people violently could even hit them once! Unfortunately this was a planned scenario to try and show the protestors differently.
Unfortunately to this date 5 citizens died (because of police attacks) and thousands wounded.
